Services and Order Formation

QuickBites Canada provides fast-food ordering, delivery, pick-up, and catering services in specified service areas. Menu items, prices, and availability shown on the site are subject to change. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation; until confirmed, orders may be modified or canceled by us. For catering and large orders, additional terms, minimums, and lead times may apply and will be confirmed in writing. All times quoted are estimates and not guarantees; we strive to meet delivery windows and will communicate any significant delays.

Payments, Taxes, and Fees

Payment is required to complete an order unless otherwise agreed for approved corporate accounts. We accept payment through our payment partners; your card details are processed securely by third-party payment processors and are not stored on our servers. Prices shown do not always include taxes, delivery fees, service charges, or optional gratuities which will be itemized at checkout. In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders and will provide a refund for any amounts already charged. Refunds, credits, or replacements for incorrect or missing items are handled per our customer support policies and within the timelines described by our support team.

Cancellations and Refunds

Orders may be canceled in accordance with the timing and status of preparation. For food already in preparation or out for delivery, refunds may be subject to assessment. Catering orders require advance notice for full or partial refunds as described in the catering confirmation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible. Disputes about charges should be raised promptly through our contact channels. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or policy violations.

User Conduct and Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate contact and delivery information and comply with applicable laws and venue rules. When placing orders with allergy notes or special requests, you acknowledge that while we follow separation procedures in our kitchens, cross-contact may still occur; please contact us directly before ordering if you have severe allergies. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with operations, or submit fraudulent information. Accounts are for single users unless a corporate account is set up; you are responsible for account security and authorized activity.

Intellectual Property

All content on the site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned or licensed by QuickBites Canada and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print materials for personal, non-commercial use only. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without our written permission is prohibited. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" and we disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the website content, menu availability, or delivery times are error-free. To the maximum extent allowed by law, QuickBites Canada and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services or inability to use them. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid by you for the affected order. This limitation does not affect consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QuickBites Canada and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party right. We will provide notice of claims where required and cooperate in defense, but we may assume sole control of defense where appropriate.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website and services for users who breach these terms or for operational reasons. On termination, outstanding obligations survive, including payments owed and obligations that by their nature should survive (such as indemnification and limitations of liability). If your account is terminated, you remain responsible for orders placed prior to termination.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario located in Toronto, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
